1. Is the product compatible with my PDA?
Our products are compatible with Pocket PC devices running Windows Mobile 2003/2003SE/5.0. Detailed system requirements you can find at the appropriate product overview page. |

2. How can I find which operating system is my mobile device running?
On your mobile device, tap Start > Settings, select the System tab and tap About.
- Version 3.00, build less than 10000 means Pocket PC 2000.
- Version 3.00, build greater than 10000 means Pocket PC 2002.
- Version 4.20 means Windows Mobile 2003.
- Version 4.21 means Windows Mobile 2003 SE.

3. Which install package should I download?
There are two types of install packages: .exe and .cab.
- .exe package represents an installer that you can run on a Windows computer only. Microsoft ActiveSync is absolutely necessary.
- .cab package represents the Windows Mobile application itself and can be run on your Pocket PC device only. You can copy the .cab file to your Pocket PC device via Microsoft ActiveSync or by means of a card reader. Moreover, you can download the package from the web directly to your Pocket PC device.

4. What is freeware?
Freeware is copyrighted software that is available for use free of charge. Although it is available for free, the author retains the copyright, which means that you cannot do anything with it that is not expressly allowed by the license agreement. |

To register the product
- On your mobile device, start the application you want to register.
- Tap Help > Registration.
- Input the Registration Code in the Code field.
- Tap Register.
